This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician coming from a strong background in private high–end residential design, within a longstanding interiors and architectural practice that specialises in refurbishing and building luxury private residences in the UK and Overseas.

Within this role you will be expected to put together multiple drawing packages for various projects at any given time; services, structural layout, bespoke details etc. You must be confident in picking up from concept and taking through to competition.

Excellent UK Building Regs knowledge is required, as is an eye for detail, superb organisation skills and high proficiency in AutoCAD.

3D Studio Max and SketchUp skills are advantageous.
