A long standing London based high–end residential design and build studio with projects in the UK and Overseas are seeking out a Project Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract basis for 5–6 months, to support on a project based in Oxfordshire.

Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating and and liaising with both external consultants and in–house contractors and designers, attending site meetings, managing and coordinating projects from conception to installation and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the highest standard. You will also create and manage project programs.

Previous experience within a project management role in the high–end residential market is required, along with excellent communications skills and understanding of UK Builging Regs.
