A world–class interiors and architectural studio with a fantastic reputation of delivering a high profile range of luxury projects, require a hands on HR Manager to maintain and enhance the human resources of the studio, by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, HR policies, programs and practices.
The HR Manager will provide day to day advice and guidance to all staff. Recruitment is a big focus with this role and the successful candidate will lead this process, working closely with the CEO and Creative Directors. This person will support with the implementation of the HR/Payroll system so a strong knowledge of payroll is a must. (Preparing pay budgets, planning and devising pay structure revisions.)
Candidates should have demonstrable experience working at HR management level, preferably within a busy, fast–paced, interiors or architectural environment.
Previous UK based HR experience is essential and solid recruitment advising in a design or creative environment is highly desirable. CIPD qualified or relevant qualifications in HR are essential. PC and MAC software knowledge is also preferable.
