We are seeking a vibrant Showroom Sales Manager who has prior experience in an inside and or outside sales closing role within the luxury market. For this role you must have a good understanding of high end luxury retail/furniture markets both domestic and international is a key, as well as confidence in providing a bespoke service to customers.
Your responsibilities will include;
*Sales focus – actively calling and prospective for new sales and generating additional revenue.
*Responsible for all stock within the Showroom including any repairs and maintenance.
*Managing a small team based at the showroom, to ensure smooth running of the business.
*Assist with the maintenance of showroom aesthetics, organization, and overall standards.
*Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, finance, and account management to ensure a smooth, seamless luxury experience.
*Proactively resolve customer issues using problem‐solving and customer service skills.
*Gain an understanding of the sourcing and purchasing processes for your assigned accounts and Identify decision makers and key influencers.
*Demonstrate knowledge of the brand
*Producing product analysis from client feedback.
*Assisting with the arranging of shop events, promotion and liaising with in house
