As the Senior Account Manager/Director you will report directly to the Client Services Director, your primary responsibility is the retention and growth of specifically allocated client accounts and leading conversion of new business opportunities to wins.
The Successful candidate will be the client‘s principal point of contact within 2Heads. This is a full–time role with the purpose of delivering exceptional client servicing across agency accounts and projects and actively developing account plans to grow accounts organically. You will be required to take a strategic approach when it comes to identifying and understanding a Client‘s objectives and challenges on a brand, programme and project level.
You will also be responsible for leading skill set aligned new account opportunity pitches, nurturing new accounts and formulating growth plans in partnership with the Business Development department. Working closely with the New Business Development and Strategic teams to create insight, strategic led marketing initiatives.
You must have a minimum of 5 years event / brand experience managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of complex projects whilst also successfully looking after client relationships.
