We are currently working with an award winning Exhibition agency based in Buckinghamshire who are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy studio.
They are looking for someone with 3+ years of managing global client brands in the events and exhibition market in various sectors.
*Identify new business opportunities from existing clients
*Provide input to Go/No Go process
*Prepare client brief and guidance at Kick–Off meetings to ensure that client insight is transferred to the team
*Prepare the proposal timing schedule and manage the proposal process to ensure that the process is followed and that the design and cost proposal meets customer brief.
*Present proposal and negotiate with them to close the contracts.
*Ensure smooth and timely handover to operations team for delivery of the project
*Have regular calls/meetings with clients ensuring contact reports and change orders are communicated to the wider team.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of all projects on Salesforce/SharePoint
*Attend client events and ensure that positive and negative information is fed back accurately
