We are currently working with an Exhibitions Agency based in Dorset who are looking for an Business Development Manager to join their busy studio.
They are looking for someone with 3+ years experience working within a similar agency.
Generate new business wins from cold calling prospects to get briefs in, through to preparing the proposal and presenting it at the pitch, and then handing it over to the delivery team.
*Identify new business opportunities from new clients
*Provide input to Go/No Go process
*Prepare client brief and guidance at Kick–Off meetings to ensure that client insight is transferred to the team
*Prepare the proposal timing schedule and manage the proposal process to ensure that the process is followed and that the design and cost proposal meets customer brief.
*Present proposal and negotiate with them to close the contracts.
*Ensure smooth and timely handover to operations team for delivery of the project
*Have regular calls/meetings with clients ensuring contact reports and change orders are communicated to the wider team.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of all projects on Salesforce/SharePoint
*Attend client events and ensure that positive and negative information is fed back accurately
