This exciting opportunity requires the following:
Responsible for the running of the Client Services Team on a day–to–day basis, motivating the team and being the ‘go to‘ leader, to include:
*Leading and inspiring the Client Services team to deliver the agency‘s vision:
–To nurture the Client Services team to the highest levels of Client servicing
*Developing and Implementing Business Development/New Business strategy:
–Meeting financial targets for new business as part of strategy and forecasting
–Tracking and developing new business from existing client relationships
–Leading and supervising proposal creation and delivery
–Exploring and developing leads to the point of project delivery
–Utilising a strong network to grow business within the agency
*Working with the Financial Director and the Operations & Communications Director to ensure correct resource allocation on projects:
–Tracking and approving budgets
–Ensuring that project timelines + budgets are in line with company forecasts
*Developing and implementing internal processes to improve and maintain efficiency, including:
–Maintaining smooth day–to–day running of the Account Management team
–Supervising administrative processes
*Managing project budgets including monthly accounts reports, forecasts and invoice approvals, including:
–Delivering weekly updates, monthly reports and bi–yearly reviews across all areas of the company
–Setting targets, tracking and reporting on financial performance of the company.
