A successful Interior Consultancy seeks a highly organised Studio Manager to join their team!
You will be instrumental in all aspects of running the studio – communication, project operations, finance and bookkeeping, processes and housekeeping, generally utilising your all–round skills to facilitate a smooth and well–organised studio. You will also be given the responsibility of managing certain HR aspects which may vary from managing and tracking annual leave politics, procedures and onboarding new staff members.
You will also be given the opportunity to work alongside the Managing director, supporting in new business/marketing.
We are looking for an individual with strong professional communication skills. you should have great organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise, multi–task and work to deadlines with high levels of accuracy and reliability. It would be desirable to have working knowledge of the software InDesign, however this isn‘t essential. It is desirable to have had 2–5 years experience within a studio management role.
