Our client is looking for a Senior Client Solutionist to be responsible for all event activity of allocated shows. This includes being the communicator between client and the operations team ensuring an excellent on–site delivery service.
*Manage and maintain the finances for the allocated shows, and sticking to budgets set.
* Assisting the Clients Solution Manager in workload distribution and managing the team when required.
*Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through proactive communication.
*Take responsibility for reporting, and updating the commercial tracker and Salesforce to the agreed times scales, ensuring a consistent information flow.
*Provide guidance and support to the development of the team.
*Provide excellent planning, consultation, communication, on–site management and Co–ordination.
*Being a team player will be a fundamental to success with this role.
*To think strategically and have an active input in the whole process, and generate solutions which can help reduce cost and improve work standards.
*A minimum 3 years‘ experience within the events industry.
