Produce and maintain project documentation including the drafting and issuing of reports, tenders, budgets and schedules
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to internal staff, contractors, consultants and suppliers
Attend internal meetings and take notes and ensure they are copied to the relevant people and filed correctly
Ensure Project Managers, Technical Director and others are informed about the project status and identify issues that may impact client relations
Arrange travel and accommodation for designers / project managers / etc
Manage own workload to ensure tasks are completed to required deadlines
