Experience in commercial/retail/leisure/hospitality is highly beneficial.
Liaising with suppliers whilst working to a client‘s needs and aspirations.
You will be at the forefront in the production of creative conceptual ideas, so you must have a flair to create exciting visuals, as well as having strong technical attributes for project implementation.
A need to have a strong FF&E background, working with materials and furnishings, creating presentation/mood boards and specifying for schemes, and controlling furniture budgets, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
You must have prior experience working at each stage of the Design process and be eager to contribute to the surrounding company. Able to travel to meetings in UK & abroad if required.

Producing concepts, sketches, visuals – hand drawn / computer rendered
Producing detailed plans and drawings
Design selection, schemes and scheduling incl furniture/fabric/material specification
Dealing with suppliers and building on long–lasting relationships
Technical aspects including joinery, lighting, upholstery, wall coverings, carpet/flooring
Meeting clients and contractors
Previous experience in an Interior Design role
Confidence in facing clients
Experience of delivering neat, clear and accurate design information and schedules
Track record of delivering on time and being highly organised
Knowledge of a supplier network
Able to confidently represent the company externally and contribute to their professional reputation
