Job Description
Excellent permanent opportunity for a Senior FF&E Designer to join our client, a globally recognised interior design and architecture firm known for delivering detail-driven luxury projects for private clients and developers across the UK and internationally.
Their portfolio spans luxury private residences, yachts, hotels, bars, restaurants, and the studio brings together a diverse and exceptionally talented team of interior architects, designers, and creatives from around the world.
In this role, you will lead FF&E design for projects from concept to installation, providing creative direction and mentoring junior team members. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, project managers, and suppliers, managing meetings confidently and coordinating with contractors and fabricators to ensure smooth delivery.
Key responsibilities include preparing mood boards and presentation materials, sourcing and curating luxury furniture, lighting, textiles, and artwork, and designing bespoke pieces. You will also manage detailed FF&E schedules and specifications, oversee budgets, procurement, and logistics, and ensure a seamless client experience aligned with the studio’s aesthetic. On-site installation oversight and quality control are also required.
Candidates should have at least twelve years’ experience in the interior design industry, having worked within the high-end residential and/or hospitality sectors. You must be experienced in running projects from concept to completion and hold a design-related degree or equivalent. Strong knowledge of suppliers and materials, excellent presentation and client-facing skills, and proven budget and procurement management are essential.
You will need strong organisational and communication abilities and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, with experience in Spec Designer or Estimac considered a plus. Confidence working with high-profile clients, a collaborative leadership style, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, UK citizenship or settled status, and a willingness to travel are also required.
If you would like to be involved in creating bespoke, layered interiors that feel both timeless and deeply personal, and to join a studio where at the heart of their practice is a passion for craftsmanship and detail – then we would love to hear from you.
Full time studio-based role – flexible start/finish offered if required.
