Job Description
We are seeking a talented Midweight Interior Designer to join our client, a well-known London studio that has received multiple international awards for its work across restaurants, hotels, and private members’ clubs worldwide. The studio maintains a deliberately boutique scale, enabling the creation of distinctive, timeless designs while offering a highly personalised service to clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience delivering high-end hospitality projects, along with a strong design sensibility grounded in materials, detailing, and craftsmanship. You should be confident in developing design packages, working closely with senior designers, and contributing original ideas throughout all stages of a project.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and spatial strategies, while leading FF&E packages, including material research, furniture selection, specifications, and supplier coordination. You will also be responsible for producing and coordinating tender and construction drawing packages, preparing mood boards and presentations, and liaising with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and delivery process. Supporting junior team members and contributing positively to the studio culture are also key aspects of the role.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a solid understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and fabrication processes. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, capable of managing multiple workstreams, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
If this sounds like it might be suitable opportunity for you, then we would love to hear from you with your CV and portfolio of relevant work.
