We are working with a rapidly expanding creative agency that is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their business development team and help with their new business push.
As a Business Development Manager with solid experience within a creative agency environment, you will work alongside both the marketing and senior management teams on both inbound and outbound business development programmes, helping to create leads and turn them into new business wins.
You will work across business development and developing relationships through to helping to create pitch documents and leading new business presentations.
You will also take responsibility for managing all RFP‘s they receive, coordinating with all area‘s of the business to ensure their response is profitable and produced to the highest levels.
You will need to be a real self–starter, tenacious in your approach, a great communicator and a real salesperson. This is a fantastic opportunity within a growing creative production agency to take the next step in your career and help to shape and develop their business development strategy. The role could also develop into a management position, giving you the opportunity to oversee and develop a small sales team.
