A unique opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic Branding Design Studio. Within this exciting role you will assist and the client services team by looking after administration/project management tasks. You will gain hands on experience learning the design and art working processes, to assist in making your clients projects come to life.
You will be assisting the Senior Account Manager and Account Director in all duties when needed. These duties could include organising proofs, pack shots, sample shootings, assisting with quotes, coordinating Account Managers mailboxes in the event of any absences. You will want to ensure all projects are completed to an excellent standard and on time! Due to the clients you will be working with, professional written and spoken English and German is essential for this role. You will communicate with your clients professionally, ensuring you are a trusted individual.
When needed, you could aid in writing briefings for internal design, photoshoot and digital artwork projects, and as such will need to attend briefs to the design or artwork team on individual projects as required. You will have the opportunity to proof–read all designs and artworks you are collaborating on, whilst learning to ensure brand consistency. Organisation is key as you will be expected to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time.
If you have previous experience working as a Project Coordinator, have excellent English and German language skills, then this could be the opportunity for you!
You will be working Monday – Friday, full time in the office during your probation period, with the mindset to move to hybrid working once comfortable within your role.
