Job Description

We’re partnering with an award-winning creative agency seeking a New Business Manager to join their established and growing Exhibitions & Events team.

If you have a strong background in exhibitions, events, POP, or POS, with a proven track record of winning new business and building long-term client relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark within a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts, converting leads into successful partnerships.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust.
  • Collaborate on the creation of compelling pitch documents and actively contribute to business presentations.
  • Bring energy, innovation, and initiative to the business development team as a proactive and self-motivated salesperson.
 Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in business development within a creative industry.
  • A proven history of generating new business and successfully winning key client accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the events industry and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Work Arrangements:
