An exciting opportunity for a production operations manager to join an exciting creative content agency in the heart of London.
They deliver everything from AV and digital creative for all platforms across entertainment campaigns. From the biggest trailers to five–second social ads, they produce impactful AV content that puts the audience at the heart of the creative process.
You will be working within a team of highly experienced producers, editors, and designers across Cinema, TV, Online & VoD, Social, Digital Outdoor, Radio, and Podcast.
As the production operations manager, you will be responsible for facilitating, managing, planning, and scheduling all projects and project resources within the company. This will require a highly collaborative, effective, and organised communicator, who will be motivated to actively innovate and drive forwards the workflows of the company.
You shall also act as the conduit for the transition of a project from offline creative to online finishing, post, and then finally delivery. Although your duties may not extend to managing the finishing and delivery process on every project, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the project is scheduled into the finishing process in good time to allow the delivery deadlines to be met and in respect of various department resources.
This will also mean ensuring that all the relevant finishing information is shared between departments in good time either by yourself or producers on the project and that all external suppliers (eg, 5.1 mix time) are booked in.
