Operations Lead

We are working with a specialist Quantity Surveying & Contract Administration Consultancy with a focus on the high end, luxury residential sector to help find them an Operational Lead.
 
This is a new role which has come about due to exceptional year on year growth and will be a key role in ensuring the company continues to grow and has the internal systems and processes in place to enable them to do it successfully.
 
As the Operational Lead you will take ownership of the commercial, contractual, and administrative machinery of the business – all the things that need to happen reliably and on time.
 
You will be charged with bringing operational improvements across all aspects of the business, from risk and compliance, and commercial structure for projects through to operational co-ordination and business improvement and AI integration.
 
This role needs someone with a strong commercial and contractual backbone, someone who wants to build something rather than just maintain it. Reporting directly to the MD you will need to be commercially sharp, confident, a fast learner, an excellent communicator and forward thinking.
 
Applicants must have a strong commercial and operational background with a focus on building operational improvements and you will have ideally worked in a construction, property, architectural or luxury residential interiors practice.
