We are working with a leading creative production agency to help them find a Bid Proposal Manager with a strong digital background to help them develop and prepare the practical aspects of proposals, RFPS, tenders, and pitches and support the various internal stakeholders in the delivery of them.
This will be a key role in co–ordinating all the elements that are needed for a successful tender/pitch from pulling together the brief/pitch requirements to creating timelines, managing schedules, and ensuring that everyone is working together to the best of their abilities.
The role will offer hybrid working, with a day or two in the office each week and the successful applicant will need to have demonstrable experience in managing pitch, proposal, and tender submissions within the creative industry. To be successful in this role you will need to be a real people person, highly organised, with great communication skills and the ability to multi–task.
