We are working with a leading, West London based, experiential agency to help them find a Creative Services Manager. As they recover after Covid and the agency continues to grow their need for a Creative Service Manager is ever more important.
This will be a key role within the agency and will ensure the efficient management of resources and planning of workflow to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and on budget.
You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure work is allocated to the correct designers, is briefed properly and any freelance needs are managed correctly.
You will also liaise with external suppliers and ensure that relevant PO‘s are raised in a timely manner.
As the role progresses there will be an opportunity to evaluate the agencies systems and processes, so applicants must have a strong creative services, studio management or traffic background from within a similar creative agency.
The role offers hybrid working with the expectation of being based in the office at least 2 days a week in due course. Applicants must be highly organised, have the ability to multi–task and be a real people person.
