Our client a major CRM marketing agency that combines data, insight, and strategy working with global brands are looking for an ambitious Account Executive for this hybrid role.
Supporting the day–to–day relationship with client stakeholders who will have a basic understanding of CRM and data–driven marketing best practices, supporting the delivery of work maintaining excellent client agency relationships with stakeholders at Manager/Executive level.
You will take part in project and status meetings with clients: demonstrate effective verbal communication skills whether in person or virtually; securing clients‘ understanding and confidence. Good written communication skills – producing timing plans, status reports and written client communications to a client–ready standard with minimal input from senior team members.
Maintaining excellent collaborative working relationships with agency colleagues at all levels is vital, providing input and support for team members in other disciplines to help them meet project goals and deliverables.
