Junior Project Manager (Hospitality Interiors/Architecture)

We are looking for a detailed orientated Junior Project Manager to join the team of a globally renowned interiors consultancy, celebrated for its high-end, meticulously crafted hospitality projects. Specialising in large-scale, luxury hotels around the world, this design studio is known for pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional quality. Their mission is to create designs that inspire and make a positive impact on everyone who experiences them.

The Junior Project Manager will work closely with the Project Managers, assisting in the coordination of internal and external project teams, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders. Given the consultancies global presence across multiple international studio locations, the Junior Project Manager will often work as part of multi-studio project teams, and will support the delivery of contracted services related to the interior design of luxury hotel projects worldwide.

The position involves preparing project-specific documentation as instructed by the client’s commercial and project management teams. The Junior Project Manager will also assist with the preparation, pricing, and negotiation of Variation Orders and additional fee proposals to ensure successful approval. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project reports and schedules, as well as preparing and updating resource plans within the company’s ERP system. In addition, they will work closely with Project Managers and the internal Finance and Administration team to prepare monthly billing in accordance with contract terms.

A degree or equivalent qualification in project management is preferred for this role, along with one to two years of relevant project management experience, ideally within a high-end design or architectural firm. It is important to note that this is not a design position.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and MS Project. They will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
