Senior Interior Designer (Residential)

We are recruiting a Senior Interior Designer for a boutique luxury interior architecture and design practice known for creating timeless and characterful spaces that reflect each client’s individuality. With a team of around 10 designers working collaboratively in one studio, the practice offers a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary approach that ensures every project is cohesive from concept to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with a refined aesthetic, strong technical expertise, and proven experience delivering high-end projects from start to finish. The role requires advanced skills in interior architecture, strong FF&E knowledge, and confidence in presenting design ideas.

You will develop and present tailored design concepts, lead projects of varying scales, and maintain high standards of quality throughout. You will build strong client relationships, guide and mentor junior team members, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves producing detailed technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and artisans, and overseeing site visits to ensure design integrity and execution.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in high-end residential interiors, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp. You should be a confident leader and collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional interiors.

Ideally full time studio based, however open to 1 day WFH.
