Fabrication/Manufacturing Assistant

Are you an energetic and hands-on individual looking to grow your career in a creative manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Fabrication/Manufacturing Assistant to join our client’s busy manufacturing and fabrication team, helping to deliver award-winning retail display projects from concept to installation.
 
As a Fabrication/Manufacturing Assistant, you’ll play a key supporting role across the business — ensuring our manufacturing and fabrication department runs smoothly and is fully stocked and equipped to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
 
You will also work closely with multiple internal teams, assisting with sample testing, prototyping, project installations, and display builds. Every day will bring something new, from prepping materials to supporting the creation of high-quality retail POS displays.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills with hands-on training in fabrication, manufacturing, and all aspects of design, build, and installation. You’ll be working alongside experienced makers and designers on innovative, high-profile projects.
 
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a busy, manufacturing or production environment
• Is eager to learn new skills and develop within a creative, fast-paced team
• Brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Enjoys being proactive and takes pride in supporting a team to deliver great results
